  • This interactive workshop will have your team talking about stress and making connections to the ways personal stress affects their relationships and day-to-day functioning. In addition to learning about the ways we unknowingly contribute to our own stress, your team will learn and practice techniques to reduce muscle tension and calm the mind anytime, anywhere. (60 mins)

  • When our actions are out of alignment with our VIPs we create unnecessary stress for others and ourselves. It’s time to get clear on what is important to you and how to align your actions with your core values and highest ideals, which make hard decisions a little easier and offers clarity where there may have been confusion. (180 mins; can also be divided into three 60 min sessions.)

  • This introductory workshop begins to explore the answer to the question, “What do I need to thrive?” It also touches on the 3 pillars of well-being: enjoyment, fulfillment, and sustainability. Mini-exercises will be offered to create moment-to-moment, day-to-day awareness of whether or not you are thriving and what to do when you need to correct the course you are on. (60 mins)

  • Mindfulness and meditation are receiving a lot of attention these days, but what is the hype all about and where does one even begin? In this two-part workshop, learn the difference between mindfulness and meditation, along with the benefits of both practices. The session will end with a simple, breath-based meditation of your choice that can easily be integrated into your daily life. (120 mins)

  • Now more than ever we are being called to create a fairer and more compassionate world for all. This interactive 9-session series sets out to begin the healing work to overcome the harm and division caused by the unjust narrative about race and culture. Meditation and mindfulness techniques are combined with thought-provoking seminars and resources to promote a safe space for exploring such a sensitive topic. Participants will also investigate ways to make organizational systems, structures, and culture more diversity-friendly and socially-just. (120 mins/session)

  • This experiential workshop on self-care is designed to teach simple, effective ways to decompress and recharge while on the go. Through the use of mindful breathing and a sample of restorative yoga postures to relieve specific stress symptoms such as slow digestion, anxiety, muscle tension and trouble sleeping, participants are sure to leave the session feeling at ease. (60 mins)
    A package of 8-10 classes is also available in conjunction with this introductory class.
